Three Bean Chili
The weather is cooling off and perfect for a pot of chili. Quick, easy, and oh so yummy.
Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey(or beef)
1 can red kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can chili beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 packet chili seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
shredded cheese
sour cream
Brown ground turkey in a large pot. Add all beans, tomatoes, corn, and chili seasoning. Let simmer over medium heat for 30-45 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste. Top with shredded cheese and sour cream.

I make a chili very much like yours but have never added corn. I think I will try it next time.

ReplyDeleteThis sounds good. I put kidney beans and chili beans in mine. My husband refuses to eat the beans so I don't think adding a 3rd would be a good idea. Looks delicious though!!

Cool. I make a chili very similar to this but I use vegeterian crumbles for my ground "meat" and sauteed onions. Even my meat-eating other half enjoys it. I never thought to add corn but I definitely will next time.
