Three Bean Chili

The weather is cooling off and perfect for a pot of chili.  Quick, easy, and oh so yummy.

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey(or beef)
1 can red kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can chili beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 packet chili seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
shredded cheese
sour cream

Brown ground turkey in a large pot.  Add all beans, tomatoes, corn, and chili seasoning.  Let simmer over medium heat for 30-45 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste.  Top with shredded cheese and sour cream.

  1. I make a chili very much like yours but have never added corn. I think I will try it next time.

  5. This sounds good. I put kidney beans and chili beans in mine. My husband refuses to eat the beans so I don't think adding a 3rd would be a good idea. Looks delicious though!!

  7. Cool. I make a chili very similar to this but I use vegeterian crumbles for my ground "meat" and sauteed onions. Even my meat-eating other half enjoys it. I never thought to add corn but I definitely will next time.
