Well people, we made it to Friday! Are you ready for Father's Day? Anything big planned? I wanted to share a few things that I thought were pretty that caught my eye this week. 1) I have been drooling over ChrisLovesJulia 's bathroom renovation. They are nearing the completion and ever single detail is perfect. Their entire home is great so I could just move right in and not change a thing.   2) Target is launching a new line, Made by Design , next week. 3) Our HOA is tightening up on the rules around the 'hood so we have to find a way to tastefully cover our trashcan. I saw this tutorial to create a storage area on the side of the house. Seems pretty simple to execute.   4) You may be hosting an outdoor shindig for your family this weekend. A New Entry Rug

Anybody ever get the urge to change something in your house? Like, all the time? I can't be the only one. I have been wanting to change the rug in the foyer. Don't get me wrong, I still like the one I have, but I want something lighter and brighter. Something that actually opens the space up.  I was contacted by Natural Area Rugs to try a rug of my choice. You know I jumped at the chance. I have a jute rug in the breakfast area so I was intrigued to see what their options were. Jute can be very versatile and there is no color or pattern to be bound by. It's a very natural look and can work in any style of decor. I ended up choosing the Calvin rug in 5x8. It is made of 100% natural jute and hand loomed. I could tell when I opened it, it is very high quality and the loops are detailed. When I put it down, it instantly brightened up the area. The entry is already bright but this was ten times better.
